My daughter  and  I  demand  the  immediate  return  of  our  IT  equipment  seized  on  October  28,  2015. Your  order  dated  October  8,   2015  contravenes human  rights principles and  is in  clear  violation  of  the constitutionally  guaranteed  freedom  of  expression  in  Article  5  of  the  Basic  Law  of  Germany.

According  to  your  order,  we  must  assume  you  are  not  sufficiently  proficient  in  German.  To 'publish' something  presupposes that  it  is  not  already  published.  All  images pertaining  your  order  are  public  on major  German  media  websites and  have  not  been  challenged.

All  images with  Nazi  symbols you  deem  to  contravene  German  law  are  publicly  viewable  on  German media  websites and  a  forum  'allmystery.de'  whose  administrator  is  just  twelve  kilometers  (!)  to  the south  of  you:

By  seizing  the  computer  of  my  daughter  the  Munich  court  has seriously  jeopardized  her  success at school  the  third  time  and  broken  her  basic  democratic  rights  to the  utmost.  Yet  again,  after  your  court sentenced  me  with  a  fine  of  euro  1,400  plus court  fees for  publishing   a  racist  attempt  of  the  German government  agency  Jobcenter  to coax  my  daughter  out  of  school  and  into a  low-wage  job.  We  had  to file  a  constitutional  complaint  in  Sept.  2015  and  hope  it  gets accepted.  This is again  a  testament  of the  well-known  institutional  racism  in  German  government  agencies,  police  and  the  courts,  and  in particular  the  notorious  police  in  Bavaria  with  their  racial  profiling.  Racial  profiling  that  my  daughter is witnessing  so often  in  Munich.

In  collaboration  with  said  Jobcenter  Munich  the  Munich  courts have  repeatedly  and  deliberately limited  our  rights to  free  speech  and  further  rejected  ALL  our  complaints  filed  with  the  prosecotor  in Munich  against  this heinous agency.

In  blatant  disregard  of  laws and  verdicts of  higher  courts in  similar  cases the  Munich  courts have gleefully  punished  us  with  the  sole  aim  to gag  us and  to  destroy  us financially. Furthermore,  with  the latest  and  second  confiscation  of  our  IT  equipment  the  Munich  courts  want  to  completely  silence  us.

In  addition  to that,  the  Munich  courts  in  collaboration  with  the  Jobcenter  Munich  try  everything  to make  the  critical  blog  'meinjobcenter.blogspot.com'  disappear.  You  want  to  have  any   criticism  of  the German  illegal  wage  dumping  practices,  based  on  neo-liberal  economic  policies,  and  executed  to  a great  extent  by  the  Jobcenters,  my  criticism  of  German  hegemony  over  other  European  countries  and in  particular  the  southern  fringe  countries,  purged  from  the  internet.  The  Bavarian  courts thus operate  indirectly  as henchmen  for  further  oppression  and  enslavement  of  southern  European countries and  the  scandalous high  unemployment,  particularly  among  young  people  of  the  European Club-Med.

The  Munich  court  has also  not  shied  away  from  intending  to have  my  daughter  undergo a  body search when  you  sent  two male  police  officers and  one  female!  It  did  not  come  to a  body search,   because my daughter  was  already  on  her  way  to  school.  You  also  wanted  to completely  deprive  her  of  any social  communication  by  seizing  her  mobile  phone,  because  my  phone  was confiscated. The  Munich court's  despicable  conduct  seems  to stop  at  nothing  to silence  critics.

On entering  our  apartment  on  October  28,  2015  one  of  the  male  police  officers,  armed  with  firegun and  pepper  spray  (!)  dashed  immediately  into my  daughter's room  without  even  knocking.  Such scenarios are  reminiscent  of  the  Nazi  era  and  are  not  particularly  surprising  as a  well-known  Neonazi worked  as a  judge  in  Bavaria  two  years  ago.

My daughter  is extremely  scared  and  has only  one  desire:  to leave  this racist  country  Germany  with corrupt  courts as soon  as possible.

Your  court  order  excels in  vagueness as  you  are  not  even  able  to table  a  concrete  date  of  what  blog posts you  deem  unlawful:  "At  a  not  precisely  definable  time  on  May  8,  2015  or  earlier  the  accused published  ...".

The  images also never  justify  a  seizure  as they  are  public  on  many  German  media  websites and  have never  been  challenged  by  a  court.

My daughter  and  I  are  now  in  contact  with  US  lawyers regarding  an  application  for  asylum  for  her  in the  United  States.  She  no longer  feels safe  in  Germany.  She  wants to  leave  this country  for  good  and in  particular  with  regard  to  the  infamous Bavarian  courts  with  Neonazi-affinity  and  the  unrelenting obstruction  of  her  personal  progress  and  wellbeing  perpetrated  by  the  Jobcenter.  I  am  not  in  a position  to  provide  for  her  security  given  such  a  despicable  state  of  law  in  Bavaria,  the  willful  damage the  Jobcenter  is  inflicting  on  us and  the  incessant  charges against  us,  and  subsequently  eagerly followed  up  by  notorius Bavarian  courts.

My daughter  and  I  have  lived  a  long  time  in  Asia.  We  have  never  experienced  such  corruption,  such deviousness,  such  perfidious mendacity  of  Bavarian  judges  (Judge  Bassler  reflects  this and  is described  on  my  blog  in  two  posts here and here)  and  such  a  dilapidated  Bavarian  justice  system,  which  employed  a Neonazi  as a  judge.  We  have  not  deemed  anything  like  this possible  in  a  democratic  country  and  are deeply  disgusted.
