Minister Andrea Nahles, you are aiding and abetting Nazi methods in stifling free speech in Germany! Come clean!

German Minister of Labor Nahles,

In October 2015 our entire IT system was seized including the Mac Book Pro of my daughter.

This was perpetrated under breach of the constitutionally guaranteed right to freedom of expression. Furthermore, it was planned to have my daughter frisked and her smartphone confiscated by three police. Our rooms were photographed and the house from the outside. This fits no rule of law. These are blatant Nazi methods!

With 99% certainty an individual of either the Jobcenter, the Agency of Labor BA, or a goon submitted a criminal complaint by email from the IP address 217.253.91.237 under a false name!

Since weeks you adamantly refuse any communication with me on this as would be expected from a person with professional and integer standards. Your conduct is appalling!

As the Minister of Labor you are ultimately responsible for the conduct of staff of agencies under your Ministry's legal supervision. You fail miserably on all counts and lack any sort of integrity.

My daughter's Mac Book was returned in April damaged.

• The Mac Book now has two scratches on the left side of the display.
• The track pad is damaged and can not be operated properly.
• The Mac can not be sold in this condition.

As was expected, the Munich court did not feel obliged to respond to a letter of April 28, 2016 from my daughter asking for damages. Talk about a Banana Republic.

I expect full reimbursement for the computer or an equivalent Apple notebook from the German government! And I expect that ASAP!
