Minister Nahles,

On September 13, 2016 I contacted you (and other ministries) by email with regard to an online criminal complaint sent to the police in Munich in May 2015 by a person who signed the email with a false name! Based on this email all our IT equipment was confiscated! The second time in your Banana Republic, that has a hard time with free speech.

This person is with 99% certainty either from the Jobcenter, the German Labor Agency (BA), or a goon. IOW, you are indirectly involved. The German Labor Agency (BA) and the notorious Jobcenters are under legal supervision of your ministry (§ 393 SGB III).

The email was sent from the IP Address 217.253.91.237 on May 7, 2015.

We, that is me and my daughter, demand that you disclose the name and address of this person!

Companies under your legal supervision engage in

• Confiscation of computers and IT equipment including router in order to shut a critical blogger up.
• Infringement of free speech, guaranteed in the Basic Law.
• Blackmailing in order to suppress free speech.
• Racist and discriminating demands devoid of any legal basis.
• Confiscation of computers by a Bavarian court with the intent of getting access to my blog in order to delete it.
• Frivolous law suits that in a civilized country would have been thrown out of court.
• Ruining a blogger financially with the intent of getting him imprisoned.

Unfortunately, your country has no anti-SLAPP statute! Small wonder with a Minister of Justice who has never practiced law!

The first court trial in this case in Munich with the talented cunning judge Birkhofer-Hoffmann had all the hallmarks of a Kangaroo court. A court that I believe should rather be relocated to Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe.

You will receive another email relating to the Mac Book Pro of my daughter which was returned damaged by the Munich court. We expect a full recompensation.

BTW Minister Nahles, could you confirm that people like Frank-Jürgen Weise, Heinrich Alt, Manfred Jäger et al. did not have to queue up in front of a brothel? This may sound strange, but this here is the kind of shit one gets when sending a complaint to the head office of the German Labor Agency. Your ministry certainly excels and "you give us a new kind of shudder", to quote Victor Hugo out of context.
