German Minister of Labor Nahles, assure the immediate release of missing documents. Nobody infringes my Right to Free Speech!

Minister of Labor Nahles (1),

Despite various emails from me and some from my daughter in matters infringement of free speech and computer confiscations, you have so far refused to answer a single one. You seem to be under the impression that someone with very limited financial resources can be rendered mute. You could not be more wrong in my case. I can absolutely assure you that I will not let go.

In 2012 a bloke from the Federal Employment Agency had the audacity to try to coerce me with a fucking stupid letter into deleting a blog post or face a fine of € 10,000.

 I had a good laugh at Manfred Jäger, these days head of the Ingolstadt office.

He then filed a criminal complaint against me for having published this (see below) blog post. A blog post that dealt with the criminal and heinous EU assault on the free people of Greece under the leadership of Germany in order to save German banks at the cost of extreme poverty of said people. All committed by your rotten government. A government that keeps on strangling those fine people. A people with a history against which Germany's pales, to say the least.

In a court case that had all the hallmarks of a plot,

Crooked lawyer Aglaia Muth, Munich

 I lost in all instances. It was an obvious setup. For three years the rotten Bavarian court, my crooked court appointed "lawyer", Aglaia Muth from Munich, refused to grant access to the complaint letter. Even a letter from my daughter with the request to divulge the name of the complainant was two times refused by the bald prosecutor Peter Preuss citing "legitimate interest of protection" for the complainant. You got to admit, minister, it smells mightily.

In May 2016, I finally succeeded in getting at least a partial view of the file by referring to the ECHR ruling of 'Foucher v. France'. Yet still, 19 files submitted by bloke Manfred Jäger were missing! Despite two requests, the Munich court has not released these documents! Manni Jäger, for obvious reasons, stays mum.

Again, I can't help but getting the impression it smells mightily in corrupt Germany, where a ridiculous Minister of Justice, who has never worked a single fucking day as a lawyer (!), turns to a foundation with Stasi affinity to quell free speech.

In said case, the ECHR decided as follows:

37.   Finally, the Court notes that the Court of Cassation itself, subsequent to its ruling of 15 March 1993 in the present case (see paragraph 15 above) reversed its previous case-law concerning communication of the documents from a file where the defendant has already been sent for trial. In a judgment of 12 June 1996 (see paragraph 21 above) it held:

"Everyone charged with a criminal offence thus has the right, under Article 6 para. 3 (art. 6-3) of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, not to the immediate communication of the documents on the file but to the release, at his expense and, where appropriate, acting through his lawyer, of copies of the documents submitted to the court he has been summoned to appear before.

I would also like to point your attention to Article 50 of the Convention in light of the fact that my computer had been confiscated for more than two years!

II.   APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 50 OF THE CONVENTION (art. 50)

39.   Article 50 of the Convention (art. 50) provides:

"If the Court finds that a decision or a measure taken by a legal authority or any other authority of a High Contracting Party is completely or partially in conflict with the obligations arising from the ... Convention, and if the internal law of the said Party allows only partial reparation to be made for the consequences of this decision or measure, the decision of the Court shall, if necessary, afford just satisfaction to the injured party."

In conclusion, I demand that you as Minister of Labor assure the immediate release of the 19 pages of missing documents. 

Nobody infringes my right to free speech! Certainly not some ludicrous dude like Manni Jäger.
