On September 10, 2016 I contacted you by email (1) and demanded that you assure the immediate release of the 19 pages of missing documents pertaining to the criminal complaint against me by the head of the Labor Agency in Ingolstadt, the bodyweight-challenged Manfred Jäger (2). As with prior emails to you, you refused to answer this one as well. The right to access to the files is covered by Article 6 of the Convention.

The German Labor Agency (BA) is under legal supervision of your ministry (§ 393 SGB III).

I expect the release of said documents until Friday, Sept. 30, 2016. In the negative event I will file a criminal complaint against you with the State Prosecutor in Berlin. The whole court case against me was rigged from the start; by the judges and by my crooked court-appointed "attorney" Aglaia Muth!

Companies under your legal supervision engage in

• Infringement of free speech, guaranteed in the Basic Law.
• Blackmailing in order to suppress free speech. (3)
• Racist and discriminating demands devoid of any legal basis.
• Are in cahoots with the Bavarian judiciary, a judiciary with Neonazi affinity.
• Frivolous law suits that in a civilized country would have been thrown out of court.

Unfortunately, your country has no anti-SLAPP statute like the USA! Go figure.

You will receive another email relating to the 3rd case filed against us in due course.

Latest by the second week of October I will send a concise complaint covering all three cases (4) against us, perpetrated by agencies under your legal supervision, to the ECHR in Strasbourg.

(2) I am not quite sure, did the eminent Mr. Taleb include Manni Jäger when he penned his blog post "The Intellectual yet Idiot"? But then again, the subject was intellectuals.
