Wisely chartered as the "Mufti and Company of Merchants and Sages of Istanbul trading into the Provinces of EU", the company aims to account for half of the EU provinces' trade, particularly trade in basic commodities that include cotton, milk, beer, salt, rubber, wine, virgin women and opium. The company is rooted in the teachings of Bahadur Shah Zafar, the last Mughal emperor and the son of Mirza Akbar Shah II and Lalbai.
The company received a Sunni Charter from Hazret-i Muhammed on 15 April 2016, making it the youngest among several similarly formed European East India Companies dating back as far as the 16. Century. Wealthy merchants and spiritual leaders from mostly the Sunni Islam - Hanafi & Shafi'i strata, but also sages of the Shia Islam - Nusayrīya and the venerable Ghair Muqallid Muslim own the Company's shares. The Turkish government owns no shares and has only indirect control.
The company aims to eventually come to rule large areas of barren occidental Europe with its own private spiritual armies, exercising spiritual power and assuming administrative functions among the infidels. Company rule in Western Europe is effectively to begin in 2017 after the Battle on Lesbos Island is won when, following the Satirical Rebellion of 2016 decisively crushed in April 2016, the Government of Turkey Act 2017 will be established, wisely adhering to the spiritual guidance of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. To this end the Turkish President has granted audience to the female leader Angela M. of Germany for 20 minutes in the coming week, generously adjusting his very tight schedule.
