45 Surah Al-Jathiyah

9. Who hears the verses of Allah recited to him, then persists arrogantly as if he had not heard them. So give him tidings of a painful punishment.

وَإِذَا عَلِمَ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا شَيْئًا اتَّخَذَهَا هُزُوًا ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ - 45:9


Section 189 Disparagement of the Memory of Deceased Persons (§ 189 StGB)

Whoever disparages the memory of a deceased person shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than two years or a fine.
