So it is only befitting this bucolic place of southern Germany, aka the home of the 'Kleines Diebisches Bergvolk' (the Small Thieving Mountain People) (1) calls one eminent female lawyer a member of their illustrious legal profession: Aglaia Muth. (2)
That an address usually includes a city and the corresponding Zip code has not transpired to her celestial majesty, but apart fom that she sits tight in the court room, never talks, let alone pleads a case.
Oh, and she has a top rating of five stars. Exactly one. What's not to like? Until I added mine, that is.
Did her heavenly professionalism affect me? Not that I know of. Only that I lost in all court hearings because she just did not give a fuck and, oh yes, the statute of limitations were exceeded in that I received the verdict a couple weeks too late. Nothing particular, unless you had in mind to file a constitutional complaint which I did and which of course was rejected.
Could it be called neglect? Perhaps. Could it be malpractice? Perhaps.
If she would be practicing law in Texas and you'd be a totally innocent chap she defends, you might be finding yourself in that chamber some years later stretched out and ...
