Germany: When you absolutely, positively want to get rid of those refugees.

F-J Weise: "You refugee, out!"
You have several options. You make a deal with a dictator who then twists your arms to get visa freedom for Turks, or else. You comply with his request to bring him the head of Alfredo Böhmermann. You send your Home Minister to the Maghreb region to sign sleazy deals ensuring they take back their refugees. You pay money to corrupt African countries like Nigeria assuring their help in sending refugees back to Africa.

On the home turf you concoct a sinister plot:

Asylum Procedure: Federal Office seeks lawyers without legal expertise

By  , Karlsruhe
The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees seeks lawyers to manage the accrued asylum procedure faster. Experience in asylum and immigration law, however, is explicitly not allowed. What's going on there?
It sounded like a win-win situation: "Given the current refugee situation" the Federal Office for Migration and have Refugees (Bamf) decided "to conduct the hearings and preparation of applicants to increase manpower for Anhörer / inside" ,
Sounds good, until you read this:
In terms of lawyer competence Nuremberg Authority but apparently very own ideas. After referring to the danger of a "conflict of interests" it says in the notice of Bamf: "The job therefore is not intended for lawyers / legal experts working in the field of asylum - are active and alien law."
That raised some eyebrows among some lawyers:
The strange general exclusion of professionals from the group of applicants, however, has met with those same sharp criticism.
"Lawyers who have experience in the field of asylum and immigration law are, but really suitable at best for this task," says Ulmer lawyer Thomas Oberhauser, Chairman of the Working Group on Immigration and Asylum Law in the German Bar Association. So that Bamf already contrary actually against the principle of selecting the best in the public service. The Office also pity yourself so Oberhäuser: It would last months to familiarize themselves with these areas of law - "because it's clever to have someone who is trained in it."

What the Federal Office for Migration, read Federal Office for Repatriation of Refugees, fears is, that lawyers with expertise in human rights might interfere on legal grounds and slow down the intended deportations.

In order to avoid that these unqualified lawyers "must sign a declaration of loyalty to the office and is bound by instructions ". IOW, screw the law and just do the dirty paperwork so we can put those refugees on a plane.
That the Bamf possibly fears among lawyers who have already gained experience in this area, be could too many - or even exclusively - find refugee helpers and Friends, Oberhäuser considers ill-founded: "Who will work for the Bamf, is far indeed no lawyer - he must sign a declaration of loyalty to the office and is bound by instructions ". That as a lawyer could hurt its obligations - whether what false sympathy for the applicant, it is, with regard to the disclosure of inside information - keeps Oberhäuser for "outlandish".
