This letter is in favour of Mrs. Claudia Westerdiek who is the German Registrar at Section V of the venerable European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. It gives me great pleasure and I feel honored to convey to you my utmost respect and satisfaction about the reception I was privileged to receive by your Registrar Westerdiek.

Her most dedicated and impartial juridical professionalism came to full fruition in Court Case 51482/18 (Single-Judge decision) in January 2019. I am delighted to report that grâce à your compatriot Registrar Westerdiek of the German Section V this case involving the criminal & primitive civil servant of your country, Jürgen Sonneck from Munich, has been successfully sanitized. The clumsy person of disagreeable countenance who had planned months ahead to email on May 7, 2015 a heinous complaint amounting to libel to the, stupid as one can be, police in Munich (!) using the false name “C. Paucher”, will not tarnish the image of your country.

Imbued with exquisit cultural and symbolic capital, and complemented by habitus, ’...an internal organizing mechanism which learns, as a result of social positioning, how to play the game; [relevant] dispositions arise from the fields to which one has access, knowledge and experience’ (Skeggs 2004), your German Registrar Westerdiek expertly read the signals and need of containment. After all, “as states do not like to be found in violation of their human rights obligations, it is not surprising that they would seek to limit admissibility, even (or especially) in respect to meritorious claims” (US professor emeritus Dinah Shelton ‘Significantly Disadvantaged?’). In other words, dear Chancellor, the image of your country Germany has been kept squeaky clean. There is something of dignity in Registrar Westerdiek’s countenance, that would not give one an unfavourable idea of her heart. A tremendous asset not only to her country but also to the distinguished Court of Human Rights, Registrar Westerdiek is more than worthy of an honorarium, I should think. You must, therefore, pardon the freedom with which I demand your attention; your feelings, I know, will bestow it unwillingly, but I demand it of your justice. Chancellor Merkel, allow me to humbly appeal to your and your country’s generosity to bestow a reward on Registrar Westerdiek for her outstanding service to the country and its citizens. It is more than earned and would fill me with with subtle pride, moral comfort and consolation. You must learn some of my philosophy. Think only of the past as its remembrance gives you pleasure.

Police and Munich Court did not investigate the IP address and instead covered everything up! Roland Freisler is in awe and extends a thumbs up. German neoliberal labor policy stops at nothing.

All our IT equipment was confiscated in Nazi style, smartphone without court order, house photographed. The laptop of my Tibetan daughter (which she needed for school) deliberately damaged by the conniving and rotten Munich Roland Freisler Court (2)!

After I blew the rotten creep’s cover, Jürgen Sonneck was swiftly shifted clandestinely and under cover of the night to the Department of Education and Sport Munich. The sordid criminal did not stop there. In 2018 he unsuccessfully tried to financially blackmail me via a lawyer chick demanding his name and picture not being published. My reference to two Federal Court BGH verdicts silenced the lawyer for good and she is probably tending some ducks in the park.

The Federal Civil Service Act (BBG) determines in § 60 the basic obligations of civil servants.

(1) Civil servants serve the entire people, not a party. They have to perform their duties impartially and fairly and to take care of the public good in their administration. Civil servants must admit their entire behavior to the liberal democratic basic order within the meaning of the Basic Law and advocate for its preservation.

§ 48 Civil Servants’ Status Act covers the ‘Duty to pay damages’.

Minister of Justice Barley mused in 2018 pompously "And we want to link the pact with a campaign for the rule of law: everyone has to understand that a rule of law can only work if its rules are respected, and we have to make it clear that legal recourse is open to anyone when it comes under public scrutiny sees his right injured.” (3) Go figure!

"Chemnitz, a city of some 250,000 in eastern Germany, has a history of neo-Nazi protests. They all have a point but they are missing crucial results of recent or fairly recent studies. There is the research article

'Heterogeneity of long-history migration predicts smiling, laughter and positive emotion across the globe and within the United States'.

"Residents of countries characterized by high ancestral diversity display emotion expressions that are easier to decode by observers, endorse norms of higher emotion expressivity, and smile more in response to certain stimuli than residents of countries that lack ancestral diversity."

It is an encouraging read and is unfortunately not being properly appreciated among German folks and in particular among the Chemnitz intellectuals.

"Study 1 finds that historical heterogeneity is positively associated with self-reports of smiling, laughter, and positive emotions in the Gallup World Poll when controlling for GDP and present-day population diversity."

It concludes in the abstracts:

Another interesting study that should not lightly be dismissed in Chemnitz and beyond is

"In three studies, we examined how diversity ideologies can differentially affect creativity. Building on past research establishing that embracing foreign ideas contributes to creativity in problem solving, we predicted that diversity ideologies would have consequences for cultural creativity through their differential impact on how people would make use of foreign knowledge. We found that colorblindness (the ethos of disregarding cultural differences) was associated with lower cultural creativity through reduced inclusion of foreign ideas. Polyculturalism (the ethos of fostering intercultural interaction) was associated with higher cultural creativity through greater inclusion of foreign ideas. Finally, we found that classical multiculturalism (the ethos of preserving separate cultural traditions) had no effects on creative problem solving."

This is an inspiring study and is reflected in policy making in Berlin by Mutti.

Finally there is a group level study with a baffling result that more than catapults aspirations of inclusion forward.

Immigration and Redistribution

First the expected biases and overestimates.

We find strikingly large biases in natives' perceptions of the number and characteristics of immigrants: in all countries, respondents greatly overestimate the total number of immigrants, think immigrants are culturally and religiously more distant from them, and are economically weaker – less educated, more unemployed, poorer, and more reliant on government transfers – than is the case.

Prevalence is where?

While all respondents have misperceptions, those with the largest ones are systematically the right-wing, the non-college educated, and the low-skilled working in immigration-intensive sectors.

It's not the numbers, it's who they are.

Support for redistribution is strongly correlated with the perceived composition of immigrants – their origin and economic contribution – rather than with the perceived share of immigrants per se. 

But then again just thinking about them ...

Given the very negative baseline views that respondents have of immigrants, simply making them think about immigration in a randomized manner makes them support less redistribution, including actual donations to charities. 

Even favorable traits get discounted quickly.

We also experimentally show respondents information about the true i) number, ii) origin, and iii) “hard work” of immigrants in their country. On its own, information on the “hard work” of immigrants generates more support for redistribution. However, if people are also prompted to think in detail about immigrants' characteristics, then none of these favorable information treatments manages to counteract their negative priors that generate lower support for redistribution.

Gestatten Sie mir zunächst, Sie zu Ihrer neuen Amtszeit als Kanzlerin zu beglückwünschen. Aller guten Dinge sind drei. Vier Mal müssen als glücksverheissend angesehen werden. Ich würde es göttlich nennen.

Umso mehr schmerzt mich ein unglückliches Ereignis. Ein bedauerliches, denn meiner Erinnerung nach sind deutsche öffentliche Angestellte der Inbegriff von Rechtschaffenheit und Integrität. Sie atmen buchstäblich Hingabe und Engagement für ihren Job. Ich denke das deutsche Wort ist Pflichterfüllung.

Leider war dieses Mantra einem Ihrer öffentlichen Angestellten in einem Jobcenter nicht geläufig. Er ging ein wenig in die Irre und hat den Karrierepfad des Nützlichen Idioten einer Behörde auf ein ganz neues Level eleviert. Manche würden es düsteren Umgang unter dem Mantel der Nacht mit der Polizei nennen.

Ich erlaube mir, Ihnen den schütteren und dörflich attraktiven Dümmling Jürgen Sonneck aus der bayerischen Provinz und deren Hauptstadt München vorzustellen. Wackerer Jürgen hatte eine Karriere eingeschlagen, von der nur wenige träumen konnten. Er durfte die angesehene und prestigeträchtige Position des stellvertretenden Geschäftsführers des Jobcenters München ausfüllen.

Aus mir unerfindlichen Gründen wandte sich der von Hypotrichose affliktierte Jürgen Sonneck einer seltsamen der Integrität nonkonformen Seite zu. Sicherlich völlig im Widerspruch zu dem, was man von einem öffentlichen Angestellten erwarten würde, der mit der Bereitstellung von Sozialdiensten betraut ist.

Am 7. Mai 2015 um 19:57:40 Uhr schickte dieser perfide öffentliche Angestellte und Nützliche Idiot Jürgen Sonneck eine E-Mail an die Münchner Polizei (siehe Polizeibericht BY 8644-001083-15 / 3, Kriminalfachdezernat 4) MIT EINEM FALSCHEN NAMEN als Absender! (siehe Anlage) Er hatte diesen hinterlistigen Angriff auf uns sechs Monate im Voraus geplant und so überzeugend etabliert, welch ein elender und primitiver Charakter Jürgen Sonneck alias C. Paucher ist. Jürgen Sonneck betrachtete diesen Blogeintrag als Hassrede (siehe Anlage).

War er hungrig nach hinterhältiger Rache, vielleicht gar sexuell hörig der ledigen damaligen Geschäftsführerin des Jobcenters München, Martina Musati (so ich pertinente Stellen bei Leopold Ritter von Sacher-Masoch, Otto Weininger in 'Sex and Character' und Pierre Bourdieu in' Masculine Domination' richtig deute), die kurz danach das Jobcenter verliess? Jedenfalls konnte er auf die Geheimhaltung der Münchner Polizei und Känguru-Gerichte bauen, um seine Spuren zu verwischen. So dachte er zumindest.

Ein Denunziant im Nazi-Stil unter falschem Namen operierend unter Ihren öffentlichen Angestellten? Wurde die Due Diligence bezüglich des Nützlichen Idioten Jürgen Sonneck alias C. Paucher vernachlässigt? Werden öffentliche Angestellte in Deutschland nicht überprüft? Wurde seine geistige Gesundheit getestet oder läuft das BMAS amok? Trotz verschiedener Aufrufe an das BMAS und seiner unappetitlichen Arbeitsministerin im Jahr 2017 blieb es standhaft in bewährter deutscher Tradition stumm (1).

Im Zuge der hinterhältigen Attacke dieses verschlagenen Charakters wurden alle unsere IT-Geräte einschließlich Router beschlagnahmt. Mein Smartphone wurde konfisziert, obwohl dafür KEINE GERICHTSVERORDNUNG vorhanden war! Blogger in Ihrem Land sind scheinbar Freiwild.

Meine tibetische Tochter sollte körperlich durchsucht werden und ihr Smartphone ebenso konfisziert werden. Zum Glück war sie schon zur Schule unterwegs.

Ihr MacBook wurde absichtlich beschädigt vom Kangaroo Court München zurückgegeben. Da es unbrauchbar war, habe ich es im Januar 2017 an Ihr Arbeitsministerium in Berlin geschickt. Keine Antwort von dieser ekelhaft unförmigen damaligen Arbeitsministerin Nahles.

Ich hatte Ihr Arbeitsministerium und den Chef der Münchner Polizei über die vernichtenden Indizien informiert, die alle auf Jürgen Sonneck hinwiesen. Kein Wort, alle blieben in deutsch-typischer Weise bedeckt und still. Stattdessen wurde Jürgen Sonneck heimlich in das Referat für Bildung und Sport der Stadt München nachhaltig und umweltfreundlich entsorgt. Bei allem Respekt, das muss eine Verirrung sein.

Ich denke, wir stimmen überein, es kann keinen Ort im öffentlichen Dienst, von Steuergeldern bezahlt, für eine ruchlose Gestalt wie Jürgen Sonneck geben. Es würde all die falschen Signale senden.

Anstand und Integrität würden es gebieten, dass meine Tochter und ich Entschädigung erhalten.

Abschließend, liebe Bundeskanzlerin, würde ich aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen mit dem heruntergekommenen "Sozialservice-Outfit" Jobcenter München eine gründliche Sanierung dieses Augias-Stalls für dringend geboten halten. Die kriminellen Praktiken einiger Mitarbeiter stinken zum Himmel. Neoliberale Wirtschaftspolitik erzeugt seltsame und befremdende Usancen und züchtet einige der verabscheuungswürdigsten Charakteren, von denen Jürgen Sonneck den Vogel abschoss.

Es wäre nachlässig, wenn ich die Absicht Ihres Landes Migranten zu integrieren, nicht entschieden bezweifeln würde. Vielleicht bin ich nur voreingenommen.

Dear Chancellor Merkel,

Allow me to first congratulate you to your new term as Chancellor. Third time's a charm, they say. Four times must be considered auspicious. I would venture to call it devine.

Having said that, I am at pains to relate an unfortunate event. Unfortunate, because if memory serves me right, German public employees are the epitome of righteousness and integrity. They literally breathe devotion and commitment to their job. I think the German word is 'Pflichterfüllung'.

Sadly, for one of your public employees at a Jobcenter that mantra got lost. He went a little astray and took the career path of being the Useful Idiot of a public authority to an all new level. Some would call it dope-ass, shady-ass dealings with police under cover of the night.

May I take the liberty and introduce to you the spritely Jurgen Sonneck from the capital of the province of Bavaria, Munich. Valiant Jurgen had embarked on a career trajectory few could dream of. He was privileged to fill the esteemed and prestigious position of deputy CEO of the Jobcenter in Munich.

For reasons unbeknownst to me, young and balding Jurgen Sonneck took a turn to the weird side that would raise some eyebrows in circles devoted to integrity. It is certainly completely at odds of what one would expect from a public employee charged with providing social services.

On May 7, 2015 this rotten public employee and Useful Idiot Jurgen Sonneck sent an email to Munich police at 07:57:40 PM (see Police report BY 8644-001083-15/3, Kriminalfachdezernat 4) USING A FALSE NAME! Jurgen Sonneck alias C. Paucher had planned that heinous attack on us six months ahead, which goes to show what a screwed up and primitive character he is. Creepy Jurgen Sonneck did consider this blog post to be hate speech (see attachment)

Was he hungry for devious revenge, perhaps a sexual slave to the unwed then CEO of the Jobcenter Munich, Martina Musati (confer Leopold Ritter von Sacher-Masoch, Otto Weininger in 'Sex and Character' and Pierre Bourdieu in 'Masculine Domination'), who left shortly after? In any case, he could bank on the secrecy of Munich police and Kangaroo courts to cover his tracks, or so he thought.

A Nazi-style secret informer operating under a false name amongst your public employees? Was due diligence skipped on the Useful Idiot Jurgen Sonneck? Are public employees not vetted in Germany? Has his mental sanity been tested, or is your German Labor Ministry BMAS running amok? Despite various calls on the BMAS and its hideously fat labor minister in 2017, it remained steadfastly in tried and tested German tradition quiet (1).

In the course of this seedy character's attack all our IT equipment including router was confiscated. My smartphone was confiscated although there was NO COURT ORDER for that. Bloggers in your country are fair game apparently.

My Tibetan daughter was supposed to be body-searched and her smartphone to be confiscated as well. Fortunately, she had already left for school.

Her MacBook was returned in a deliberately damaged condition by the Kangaroo Court Munich. As it was of no use anymore, I sent it to your Labour Ministry in Berlin in January 2017. No response from the abominably obese then labor minister Nahles.

I had informed your Labor Ministry and the chief of Munich police about the damning evidence that everything pointed to Jurgen Sonneck. No word, everyone stayed mum and quiet. Instead, in a clandestine effort Jurgen  Sonneck was transferred to the Munich Department of Education and Sport. With all due respect, this must be an aberration.

I think we both agree, there can be no place, absolutely no place,  in public service paid by taxpayers money for a nefarious character like Jurgen Sonneck. It would send all the wrong signals.

Decency and integrity would suggest that my daughter and I receive compensation.

Lastly, dear Chancellor, based on our experience with that decrepit "social service outfit" Jobcenter Munich I would deem a thorough clean-up of this Augias Stable of utmost urgency. The criminal practices of some staff reek to high heaven. Neoliberal economic policy produces strange and disconcerting practices and breeds some of the most despicable characters of which Jurgen Sonneck certainly takes the cake.

I would be remiss not to note a decidedly doubtful sincerety of your country's intention to integrate migrants. Perhaps I am just biased.

Allow me to conclude by thanking you for your time and attention. It has been a privilege.

This whole episode also demonstrates the irrelevance of the Europeans to the process from its beginning.  What is happening now demonstrates that German, French, and British participation was utterly irrelevant to imposing economic hardship on the mullahs.  The US could have–as it is doing now–unilaterally deterred the Europeans from offering Iran aid and comfort.  Including them only led to a more Iran-friendly deal.  (Actually, it just basically cheer-led for Obama’s Iran friendly deal, because he was about as friendly as could be imagined to the mullahs.)

1. incites hatred against a national, racial, religious group or a group defined by their ethnic origins, against segments of the population or individuals because of their belonging to one of the aforementioned groups or segments of the population or calls for violent or arbitrary measures against them; or
2. assaults the human dignity of others by insulting, maliciously maligning an aforementioned group, segments of the population or individuals because of their belonging to one of the aforementioned groups or segments of the population, or defaming segments of the population,

So, if the mullahs did in Germany what they do in Iran on a daily basis, they’d be in the slammer for a nickel.  But they’re OK to do business with, even though they have far more power to act on their threats than some skinhead in Leipzig. AfD is beyond the pale, but the mullahs–now there’s somebody to do business with!

As for Merkel’s threats to show her displeasure–who’s stopping you? Go ahead.  Act like any respectable Resistance member. Stomp your feet.  Roll around on the floor screaming.  Hold your breath until your face turns blue.

I won’t say that it won’t have any effect on me–because I’ll genuinely enjoy the spectacle, primarily because it just makes all the more clear your impotence.

As Putin is fond of saying: the dog barks, but the caravan moves on.

As for Trump’s “demand” regarding defense spending.  Um, this was a commitment that Germany voluntarily made to Nato, on more than one occasion long before Trump came to office.  So I guess it’s utterly outrageous for the US to walk away from a deal with the mullahs that did not involve the imprimatur of America’s designated representative body (the Senate), but it’s totally OK for Germany to stiff the US and other Nato allies–all European, mind you–because they are just too fucking cheap (despite having the healthiest fiscal condition of any large nation).  (I further note that Germany is more than happy to “stitch up” (Tim Newman’s phrase) its European confreres when there’s money to be made, kumbaya rhetoric notwithstanding.)

Churchill came close to the truth when he said that the Germans were either at your feet or at your throat.  They certainly go for the throat of the weaker members of the EU, and now at the UK for having the audacity to leave. These days, however, they don’t have the might to tear at the US’s throat, their presumptions notwithstanding.  So while they practice proskynesis at Persian feet, the best they can muster is to nip at Donald Trump’s ankles.

A new study has shown that migrant populations moving to more affluent countries grow physically taller over relatively short periods of time.
Professor of Biological Anthropology at Loughborough University Barry Bogin found that the children of a Maya community, from Guatemala, who were known for their short stature, grew an average of 11cm in one generation after migrating to Florida and California in the 1990s.

The Maya's relatives back home, who did not migrate, showed no signs of the same rapid growth which suggested the physical development was influenced by the change of environment.

Prof Bogin said the phenomenon, known as strategic height adjustment, is found among groups of people who escape poor living conditions, oppression or conflict, and settle in more prosperous environments.
His research, published in Anthropologischer Anzeiger: Journal of Biological and Clinical Anthropology, considered numerous other examples of migration and height change over the past 140 years, including rural Bangladeshis who came to London in the 1970s.
In each instance, migrant youngsters' growth accelerated until their average height matched that of their new native peers.

"This is usually thought to be due to better food and health care in the new country," said Prof Bogin.

"But also, because the emotional stress that limited growth in the old country has been lifted -- and there is emotional stimulus for bigger body size in the new country."

Professor Bogin's study, carried out in collaboration with Dr Christiane Scheffler, at the University of Potsdam, and Professor Michael Hermanussen, from the University of Kiel, also explored a second phenomenon called competitive growth -- where the ruling social classes adjust their height to exceed the subordinate population.

Prof Bogin said: "This is when the mean height of colonial or military migrants, who become the socially dominant group in the conquered country, surpasses the average height of the both the conquered people and the origin population."

In one example, the researchers found that the height of Dutch colonial masters in Indonesia in the 19th and early 20th centuries was greater than the Indonesians they ruled, and also greater than social upper classes back in the Netherlands.

"This was also the case for English colonial masters in North America," said Prof Bogin.

"We find that it is the superior social status of the conquerors that promotes their greater height."
