The Sultan of Turkish Swing wanted the total nixing of that poem about his very personal pastimes and religious prefs. It's one thing to be a Banana Republic and quite another when you have made a pact with the devil because The Bungling Bitch could not get the borders shut and instead opted for some selfies together with a Syrian/Afghani/Tunese/whatever bloke. Until it dawned on her finally, somewhat, mayhaps that a country usually has a border, even if those borders have been Schengened.

Ok, back to that ominous poem. The Hamburg Court has finally decided that gentleman Böhmermann's poem is really almost in total awesome and covered by GG 5. Make that total about 20%, the 80% rest of the poem is not allowed under Teutonic Law. Stuff like "Schmähkritik" is totally not OK. Can you follow?

German lawyers relish such cases and delight in dissecting it from this view point and that and perhaps one should also bear in mind ... how about good conduct. Heck, how do we get out of this in a country that still has the silliest of laws, the § 185 STGB.

The Süddeutsche's Mr Prantl has the best assessment. How the fuck can you declare part of a poem for legal and most of it contravening the law, he asks? Labor Minister Nahles,

Enclosed you will find the Macbook Pro (model no. see below) of my, err, migrant daughter. It was confiscated in October 2015 after an online criminal complaint (details see blog posts) by an employee of the Jobcenter Munich. I am 99.9% sure about this based on damning circumstantial evidence. The online complaint had been submitted under a FALSE NAME! The Bavarian police did nothing to identify the person behind the IP address! Why would they, a blogger had to be silenced in the banana republic Germany, whose export surplus is subsidized via low wage jobs.

The Macbook was returned to us by the Bavarian justice, known for its affinity to neo-Nazism, damaged (scratch on the screen and defective track pad). We do not need it anymore. Should it be returned to us, I will refuse acceptance.

This is our second computer confiscation by the Kangaroo Court of Munich and both initiated by staff members of government agencies under your present ministerial domain.

Furthermore, my daughter was to be body searched by a police officer from a team of three armed policemen and her smartphone seized. My daughter was already on the way to school. Perhaps more luck next time, pigged-out minister.

The Court's decision did NOT mention the confiscation of smartphones! However, why would a Bavarian policeman care about the decision of the Federal Constitutional Court from 2005, when it comes to silence a blogger.

Our apartment was photographed as well as our house. Our complete IT equipment was confiscated. The Bavarian judiciary declares that receipt of Hartz 4 is incompatible with the exercise of any critical opinion and must be ruthlessly suppressed by all means, including breaches of law and support of fraud by a lawyer going by the name Aglaia Muth from Munich. There is no freedom of expression in the banana republic of Germany!

The Himmler photo is the subject of our complaint to the European Court of Human Rights under complaint no. 35285/16. We hope it will be accepted.

I can guarantee Germany 1000% that I will get at least one case before the ECHR. In the meantime, as usual, I will continue blogging critically and promise to be online again after any computer confiscation within 72 hours at the latest.
