Hell, I vowed to abstain commenting on politics but when the temperature apparently is too low, female politicians just tend to spill the beans and lay it all bare what they think about free speech in light of a disappointing elections result.

It is also common for some people to joke about Trump's sometimes erratic speeches and the German cocksucker media - to call them Fake News won't do - is prone to that. After all, ze Germans are ze pipuls of Thinkers & Poets.

• Some time around 2017 or first half 2018 I (@ErebusSagace) was blocked @BMAS_Bund on Twitter.
• In June/July 2018 I was blocked @BMFSFJ on Twitter after I had emailed a Pdf about the criminal (libel) civil servant Jürgen Sonneck who had emailed a criminal complaint against me to the Munich police in May 2015 using the false name “C. Paucher”.
• Two enquiring emails to your ‘Social Media Editor of the Public Relations Unit of the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media’ Dr. Katharina Henschen on Aug. 25 and Sept. 01, 2018 as to why I was blocked were left unanswered!
• An Email from the government spokesman Mr Seibert from Sept. 06, 2018 to the Ministry of Family Affairs on my behalf elicited no response either.

I can not help getting the impression that constitutional rights do not apply to Hartz 4 recipients.

I wish to know why I was blocked on Twitter. I would appreciate a written answer stating the reason(s) and the official government’s policy on blocking on social networks by end of February 2019. Preferably in Pdf form, s'il vous plaît.

• I trust you are aware that freedom of information comprises of two components: the principle of democracy according to Article 20 (1) Basic Law and the right to privacy according to Article 2 (1) in conjunction with Article 1 (1) Basic Law, because information is a vital element on the path to development of a personality.
• May I also draw your attention to “The Leipziger-Volkszeitung” decision of the Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG) of October 3, 1969, in which the Federal Constitutional Court deals with the importance of the Freedom of Information (Rezipientenfreiheit) as an independent fundamental right.
• The Court’s decision has some peculiarity in that “this fundamental right was introduced only after 1945 on the basis of the experiences with the state steering of the information and Gleichschaltung in the Nazi state in Germany” (Wikipedia, see above).
• Furthermore, a glance across the pond could serve as an example of free speech and information: “Blocking of Twitter Users from @RealDonaldTrump Violates First Amendment”. I encourage you in particular to read paragraph 1 and 3 and perhaps gain some inspiration.

• In January 2015 I started informing the German Federal Labor Ministry via emails and PDFs about criminal endeavours of public servants from the Labor Agency Munich and the Jobcenter Munich against me and my Tibetan daughter. 
• We are looking at black mailing (€ 10,000!) by the civil servant criminal Manfred Jäger (Labor Ag. Ingolstadt) in tow with hanger-on Martina Musati (Labor Ag. Stuttgart) in August 2012.
• We are looking at a secret phone call by the civil servants C. Bechheim and C. Bockes (Labor Ag. Munich). Covered up for over five years under breach of Art. 6 ECHR by the Munich police, Munich court and Munich “lawyer” and fraudster cum double-crosser Aglaia Muth.
• This government censorship trio was irked by blog posts, like a negative post about the company Zalando, situation at schools and kindergarten, etc.
• And we are looking at the criminal (libel) civil servant & Useful Idiot Jürgen Sonneck who sent a criminal complaint against me via email to the Munich police in May 2015 using the false name “C. Paucher”. Subsequently in Oct. 2015 our complete IT equipment was confiscated! When I managed to blow his cover in July 2017, this creep was quickly shifted to another agency within Munich.

Calling bullshit on calls for civility.

That's something I always do. That's what my tag "civility bullshit" means: Calls for civility are always bullshit, because the real motivation is political advantage. Usually, the civility-demander is trying to get opponents tone it down and not take advantage of whatever hot passion and energy they've got on their side.

Or as this commenter phrased it:

"Electing Trump was the language of the unheard. Do you hear them now?"

Weeks ago, the minister confessed on Twitter to have a "passion for the rule of law".

She better cool down her exuberance, it's getting awkward. The definition for 'passion' according to the Cambridge dictionary is:

- A very powerful feeling, for example of sexual attraction, love, hate, anger, or other emotion

As a lawyer that the minister is, one should be immune to such emotions.

Gee, as a man I can tell you passion turns high when it's about an 18 year old girl. Perhaps also a Panigale.

Number of messages determines income

No wait, the other way round. Or, the destitution/social relevance indicator. Does not say what happens after the age of 50. You are probably socially dead, or start writing letters again.

Interesting "fact": being 18 or 20 years of age and earning 100k means you are socially ostracized.
