The results of our studies clearly show that people with a migration background in Germany are discriminated against in the search for a job. On May 15, 2014 Jürgen Sonneck, second in charge of the Jobcenter Munich, submitted a criminal complaint at the Munich police against my father because he had published and commented on statements against my person made by Jobcenter staff Jean-Marc Vincent on his blog in several posts.

In this context it is important to note that in August 2012, Mrs. Musati had unsuccessfully tried to force my father to delete a blog post or face a penalty payment of € 10,000 (ten thousand). The prosecutor of Munich has refused to follow up on this case which I view as a blatant cover up.

I have reason to believe that the criminal complaint of Mr. Sonneck was initiated by Mrs Musati in her repeated attempts to end the existence of the Jobcenter-critical blog and harm us financially. As managing director she runs the agency and is responsible for day-to-day operations.

In particular,  the Jobcenter Munich engaged and still engages in every conceivable way to put road blocks in my path of further education such as the refusal to pay for school transportation and, most viciously, suspend rent payments exactly at the time of renewal of the grant. This happened three times in a row with the implicit intent to render us homeless.

I have further reason to believe that Mrs Musati's intent was to see the publications about the continued discriminatory and racist machinations of the Jobcenter Munich against me purged from pubic view.

The Jobcenter Munich took offense to the publication of certain statements made in connection with my person. These ware as follows:

It is a well-known fact and it has been widely reported in the press that the German Labor Agency scours the social networks and spies on people. My father wrote about this incident in four blog posts. In one of them he used the image of Heinrich Himmler in Nazi uniform together with a pertinent quote made by Himmler. The blog post is linked to the website of the German state media company RBB in Berlin. On this website are several Nazi images displayed. An assumption of any form of Nazi glorification is out of the question and absurd.

The Jobcenter subsequently took exception to this and by filing a complaint with the Munich police, the Jobcenter München intended to have this post purged and my father fined.

It is a blatant display of double standards by the Jobcenter Munich and its then man. director Musati. The Jobcenter would never dare to confront the German media for their rampant display of Nazi images and movies.

The blog posts of my father covered real life incidents perpetrated by a German government agency. Lastly, Mr Sonneck's assertion that the term "sliming staff Jean-Marc Vincent" would qualify as libel is utterly ridiculous and raises doubts that he has the full grasp of the German language. The German Federal Constitutional Court has made several decisions on this subject.

Furthermore, when the Jobcenter Munich with its man. director Musati deems "silly question" to be libel, then I, a mere migrant that apart from German and English speaks the Hindi and Nepali language as well, have serious doubts about the intellectual capacity of staff in German government agencies.

As expected, the prosecution refused to follow up on the case. The "reasons" cited by eminent prosecutor DOCTOR Beckstein:

1. Whether demanding to see the term sheet is legal or not has to be decided by a court.

This is pure bullshit as courts have decided that it is not legal.

2. The accusations of my daughter are "baseless and outrageous".

3. Doc Beckstein again addressed my daughter "Dear Mister ..."

The clumsiness of Bavarians is mind-boggling.

That was declined.

The verdict of the second highest Social Affairs court of the state of Hesse ruled, and now brace yourself, that:

 "Extracurricular learning support is only given to secure a decent subsistence level". 

Subsistence level!!! Kamaiya anyone?

The student had "no right to a grant for additional learning support, since this is not necessary in order to achieve the essential learning objectives, passing to the next grade". Essential learning objective is "the promotion to the next grade or a sufficient level of performance". The stabilization of a satisfactory level of performance, and the simple improvement of grade levels are not recognized as an essential objective.

I  am the  daughter  of  ... and  would  ask you  to  send  me  a  copy  of  both  complaints  filed  with police  in  Munich.  These  complaints  intervene  massively  and  ruthlessly  in  my  right  to  personal freedoms guaranteed  in  the  basic  law  of  Germany.  I  intend  to  file  a  suit  in  both  cases against  the concerned  individual(s).

The  complaint  of  2012  was without  any  doubt  filed  by  the  Jobcenter  Munich.

 In  the  case  File  #:  ER  II  GS  - 6711/15  I  am  convinced  that  the  Jobcenter  Munich  filed  the  complaint  as well,  just  as it  did  in  May  2014  in  a  third  case  which  is presently  with  the  German  constitutional  court.

I  am being  harassed  by  this German  government  agency  Jobcenter  Munich  relentlessly  since  2013 and  in  the  most  massive  way.  This government  agency  is doing  everything  to inflict  harm  on  me, obstruct  my  school  education,  to separate  me  from  my  father  and  is  bent  on  ruining  my  future.

My father  has  contacted  lawyers in  the  United  States  to apply  for  asylum  in  the  US  for  me.  I  do not feel  safe  anymore  in  Germany  after  the  latest  incident  with  armed  police  seizing  all  our  IT  equipment. Furthermore,  I  have  absolutely  no confidence  in  the  Bavarian  judiciary.

Dear Sir or Madam,

We, my daughter and I, have read your ECRI REPORT ON GERMANY (fifth monitoring cycle) 2014 with great interest and would like to relate our story and experience gained in Germany. A story we would not have considered to be possible. All purpetrated by the German government agency Jobcenter Munich (1) and, not to be outdone, with an absolute disregard of the German labor minister Andrea Nahles, the German Ministry of Education and last but not least the the Ministry of Family Affairs. In all this aided by the notorious court of justice in Munich.

Before we relate our story let us introduce ourselves. I've lived a long time in South Asia and my now 19-year-old daughter was born there by her Asian mother. So according to the rather crude German nomenclature, surprisingly coined by the Federal Statistical Office, she counts as a 'migrant'. Segregating people has always been a historically proven domain of the Germans.

In all those years in Asia we have been living peacefully among Hindu, Muslim, Buddhists and people of other beliefs. Nobody took exception to our clothing or looks. Strangely though, on coming to Germany we did not experience that 'Arcadia' feeling a famous German poet had back then. We are absolutely lost for words, in the literal sense, how a subject like a headscarf can get a people so agitated and become a matter of the highest court.

Segregation continued throughout school for my daughter. We know many kids from families in South Asia who emigrated to the USA and Canada and integration there is pretty straightforward. None of this can be said about Germany and these emigrated families would be in the lowest strata of society, had they chosen to go to Germany. Over there quite a few own houses and their kids attend college.

During my daughter's years in school absolutely nobody outside of school took any interest in her. The local Jobcenter has never enquired about her and nobody has ever seen her. The Jobcenter even refuses to pay for school transportation.

However that complete neglect was to change as soon as my daughter had joined a FOS (Fachoberschule) in Munich in fall 2013 to gain her baccalauréat. She immediately attracted the attention of that government agency Jobcenter that is charged with guaranteeing a constant supply of cheap labor for German factories, so that these can continue setting yet another export surplus for Germany. Staff of this agency break the law, are being connived into luring kids away from an education and exploit the legal inexperience of these young people with abandon. School education in Germany is caste-oriented. You are low, you are expected to get into a job soon. 

So unsurprisingly six months into her first school year at the FOS she received a letter - I was literally waiting for it - from a Jobcenter staff on March 5, 2014 demanding to see her half-term marks sheet. There is no legal basis for this demand. I pretended not quite understanding the purpose and inquired with this this guy from the 'Jobcenter Munich - Job placement U25' (!).

His answer took me by surprise in that it was a mixture of discriminating insinuation ("whether your daughter will successfully complete this school year"), blatant assumption of some form of stupidity ("if she might need private lessons") and topped off by a sycophantic offer to "help her sign up with the jobs portal Jobboerse" of the German Federal Labor Agency "because that is important to get job offers". I was speechless how this could possibly be put into writing by a government agency.

I published these details in four posts on my blog 'meinjobcenter.blogspot.com'. In one blog post I used a picture of nazi Heinrich Himmler with swastika together with a very pertinent quote about schooling he had once made.

In May 2014 I was sued by the deputy managing director of the Jobcenter Munich (2). The Munich court went happily along and started prosecuting me based on article 86a STGB, although the German media and TV are full of nazi images with swastikas. In all court hearings the court inquired if this blog post was still online.

To add insult to injury the city of Munich had clandestinely shut down the anti-discrimination office AMIGRA as I was to discover in February 2015. This prevented me from filing a complaint and following suit against the criminal government agency Jobcenter Munich which in 2012 infringed on my right to free speech and was aided in this by the infamous court of justice of Munich with the confiscation of my computer. The court had actually planned to impound ALL of our IT equipment!

The city of Munich showed an abominable way in its handling of the closure of AMIGRA. It started with AMIGRA not responding to four complaint emails sent by me in 2014 and followed by the City of Munich, who did not respond to two complaint emails in the same matter.

As if this primitive handling was not enough, Munich showed its utter disregard when I made a phone call to the AMIGRA office in February 2015 and a certain Ms Kiermeier picked up the phone and told me, I could send a complaint email to AMIGRA. My email to AMIGRA the next day was answered with an unsigned response from the city of Munich saying that the AMIGRA office had been shut down in May 2014!

My daughter has three court cases running against the criminal Jobcenter Munich in her first year of coming of legal age. 

We are planning to file two charges each against the responsible directors of the Jobcenter Munich once we have the name/s.

Good morning school principal Rass,

In light of the upcoming tests for the high-school diploma of my daughter I would like to inform you that the Jobcenter Munich has without any explanation and after receipt of all necessary docs stopped the payment for May 2015.

This conduct of the law-breaking Jobcenter Munich puts us under severe financial strain and is likely to negatively affect the performance of my daughter in the coming week. It is yet another sign and proof that Germany puts its focus on getting young people into low-paying jobs and curtailing chances of higher education for migrants.

This has been established by the ECRI, the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance', the UN report of the Muigai mission in 2009 and the German 'Heinrich-Boell-Charity' among others.

I would also like to draw your attention to the unfortunate fact that the City of Munich employs deceiving means when it comes to reporting incidents of discrimination.

Altogether four emails with a complaint about the continued discrimination of my daughter by the Jobcenter Munich went unanswered by the Munich anti-discrimination agency AMIGRA. A further two emails to the City of Munich elicited no response.

It gets even more primitive in Munich. The City of Munich employs a certain Ms Kiermeier at the anti-discrimination office AMIGRA. Upon calling her in Feb. 2015 I was told by her that I could file a complaint via the email address given on the portal of www.muenchen.de.

My email sent the next day to the AMIGRA was answered unsigned (!) and informing me that the AMIGRA office has been shut down in mid 2014! Coincidentally that coincided with the election of the new mayor Dieter Reiter. Splendid job, Dieter!

If any more proof is needed on what a discriminating country Germany is, it would be the fact that according to the AGG law a complaint has to be filed within just two months. Wow, Munich, you managed that just splendidly.

Munich mayor cuts discrimination cases to ZERO! How so?

(this is a slimmed-down translate of the German version)

Dieter Reiter ascended the throne of the mayor of Munich on May 1, 2014. Shortly thereafter, he sounded the now traditional Halali against refugees in November, and staged it telegenicly. A year earlier ex-mayor Ude, who talks as if chewing the sentence, started the same outdoor action and that is something that goes down well in the xenophobic province of Bavaria. So Dieter's entrée was seen as successful and promising.

But the really big display of his verve was demonstrated when he singlehandedly achieved to cut the  number of reports of cases of discrimination to ZERO. How did the bloke manage that? A chronological outline based on first-hand experience casts some light on his abilities:

• May 1, 2014 Dieter Reiter becomes mayor of Munich
• in the period from July 14 to Sept. 22, 2014 I send four emails to the Anti-Discrimination Agency AMIGRA. The reason was the perfidious attempt by the Jobcenter Munich and its managing director and criminal blackmailer Martina Musati to shift my daughter out of high school and into a low-wage job.
• Absolutely no response to any of these four emails from Amigra.
• on Nov. 17 and 24, I contacted city hall in this matter by email to <rathaus@muenchen.de>
• No answer!
• on February 24, 2015 I made a test call to Amigra. A woman picked up the phone and confirmed to me that I could send a message to the email address of Amigra.
• Did that on Feb. 25 and got this answer:

Dear xxx,

Miss Kiermeier has forwarded us your email. We inform you that the site, which was responsible for the Individual counseling is no longer occupied since May 2014. The current situation, we can tell you the following:

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to manage individual cases is because the field of anti-discrimination work in the City of Munich being revised and optimized reorganized. Therefore, the executive post for the advice and support of individual cases is unfortunately currently vacant. During this transition period, please contact with counseling needs of the Anti-Discrimination Agency (www.antidiskriminierungsstelle.de)).

We apologize for the inconvenience and will remain your anti-discrimination agency FgR / AMIGRA by the way "

Interesting, is not it? Miss Kiermeier obviously lied on the phone.

Did you notice in the last sentence the part 'anti-discrimination agency FgR / AMIGRA'? FYI, FgR stands for 'Fachstelle gegen Rechtsextremismus' (Unit against right-wing extremism).

Is it not telling how the capital of racist Bavaria puts together migrants with the (alleged) fight against right-wing extremists? Nowhere is anything in terms of fight against right-wing extremism mentioned on the federal anti discrimination agency's website. And rightly so.

You see now what a shrewd guy the new mayor of Munich Dieter Reiter is. He just closes the anti discrimination agency AMIGRA. Presto! It's that easy in Bavaria. Zero Discrimination!

Oh, and it would not be true Dieter. Some time around August or September the English language version of Amigra on the city portal muenchen.de was deleted. Message: if you fucking migrants want to report a case, first learn our language!

Reasoning:

On August 16, 2012, the CEO of the Jobcenter Munich Martina Musati had sent me a Cease & Desist letter because she deemed a blog post to be defamatory. 

The claim of defamation as such amounts to slander as said blog post is an open email to the German Federal Labour and Social Affairs Ministry and certainly in no way defamatory but based on actual facts. In addition, her letter does not feature the full content of this post as on my website.

The CEO of the Jobcenter Munich asked me in this letter to delete the post or face a penalty of € 10,000 (in words: ten thousand euros).

The open email was written at a time when the Jobcenter Munich had reduced monthly Hartz IV payments drastically for me and my then sixteen-year-old daughter and did not respond to any contact requests. I had to finally consult a lawyer for a lawsuit.

I therefore ask you to initiate an investigation and to inform me of the outcome of the investigation.

The Munich anti-discrimination agency AMIGRA is a smokescreen

The bucolic million-soul-metropolis of Munich, aka Wadlstrumpf-City, has of course a section on their website that details its efforts in terms of anti-discrimination. It has an agency for that which is called rather off-putting AMIGRA. (1) How could Munich not drape itself with the veil of openness? This is the 'Weltstadt mit Herz'.

So being against discrimination is just a given today, such as having the latest iPhone Super Sex, the BMW i8 with its E-mode range of a whopping 38 km, or a fatty Leberkassemmel.

It would however not be Munich if this whole anti-discrimantion thingy did not turn out to be somewhat ridiculous and pretentious. In Bavaria it goes like this:

I sent my first email with a complaint about the Jobcenter Munich to the email address given above on July 14, 2014.

There was no answer, so I sent a second email on September 12, 2014.

There was again no answer. Instead I found somewhere on the website of München.de this email address for Amigra:

So on September 19, 2014 I dispatched the third email to that ominous and rather shy Amigra. Guess what, there was again no answer. Stubborn as I am, I sent a fourth email on September 22, 2014.

The response was and still is a big nothing to date.

About a month ago there was still an English version available on the website and the stunning detail was, that it did not feature any contact details as opposed to the German language site. Well, if you want to complain about some form of discrimination perhaps you better learn fucking German. This is Bavaria, the corruptest province in Germany.
