Kurzes Recap:

Ein sozial-faschistisches (1) Jobcenter, hier das Müchner, will in betrügerischer Weise Teile des Ferienverdienstes meiner Tochter sich unter den Nagel reissen. Nicht genug damit, diese Sozialverbrechen-Behörde lässt über die Agentur für Arbeit nunmehr einen Vollstreckungsbescheid vom 05.01.2017 an meine Tochter senden.

Bislang ist von der uns bekannt verrotteten Münchner Justiz keine remedierende Aktion zu verzeichnen gewesen. Es ist uns hinlänglich bekannt, wie diese korrupte Justiz mit dem Jobcenter im Bett ist und jegliche Strafanzeige von mir und meiner Tochter gegen diese Verbrecher-Behörde abgesemmelt hat und sich einen Dreck kümmert.

Vielleicht kann sich die Münchner Staatsanwaltschaft zumindest irgendwie den Anschein geben, dass es eine chimärenhafte Affinität zu irgendeinem rechtsstaatlichen Denken und Handeln gibt. Aber was kann man von einer Bananen Republik erwarten, in der eine dahergelaufene Plunse aus der DDR nun auch noch von einem RA wegen Beihilfe zum Mord angezeigt wird!

Ich werde diese Woche eine Strafanzeige gegen den Chef der BA Nürnberg Frank-Jürgen Weise stellen, um zu sehen, wie die Nürnberger Staatsanwaltschaft das auch abbügelt. Also so langsam muss sich Indien warm anziehen. Die bayerisch-brahmanische Kastenjustiz ist Indiens hechelnd auf den Fersen.

Dieser Brief wird auch Teil unserer Akte beim Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte werden.

Ich erlaube mir noch einmal Bezug zu nehmen auf Ihr liebenswürdiges Schreiben vom 30.12.2016 und hätte einige Vorschläge zu machen bezüglich Terminierung und generell der Adressierung meiner Person.

Zunächst zur Adressierung meiner Person.

Ich würde es mir wünschen, wenn ich von der bayerischen Justiz nicht als "Sehr geehrter" angeschrieben würde. Ich bin als liberalistisch denkender Zeitgenosse penibel, habe mich der Reduktion der Verschwendung natürlicher Resourcen voll verschrieben und leide unter BJN, Bayerischer Justiz Nausea.

Ich gestatte mir nun, zum Thema Terminierung einen Vorschlag zu machen.
Da meine, ehem, tibetische Migrantentochter, die, sofern ich das recht zu überblicken in der Lage bin, nicht der deutschen Leitkultur nahe steht (von mir ganz zu schweigen!), mittlerweile seid September 2016 voll berufstätig ist, wäre eine Terminierung für weitere zu erwartende Gerichtstermine auf mindestens zwei Monate im voraus wünschenswert.

Nicht umhin kommen will ich mit meiner Entschuldigung bei der bayerischen Justiz - in bekannt fruchtvoller Kooperation mit einem der sozial-faschistischen Jobcenter operierend - für die Verzögerung der Arbeitstätigkeitsaufnahme meiner Tochter erst zum Zeitpunkt September 2016.

Dies war, ich muss dies zu meiner persönlichen Schande gestehen, allein meiner perfiden Renitenz geschuldet. Hätte ich meine prolixe und vorlaute Fresse gehalten, so wäre es dem örtlichen Jobcenter unter der agilen und kriminellen Geschäftsführerschaft des ledigen Fräuleins Martina Musati gelungen, meine dumme (so jedenfalls dem Tenor des Jobcenter Mitarbeiters Jean-Marc Vincent zu deduzieren) Tochter aus der FOS München gleich nach dem ersten Schulhalbjahr 2014/15 zu locken und in einen ausgeschissenen Pisser-Job zu verfrachten.

Dabei wurde diese lokale Armutsverwaltungskaschemme, euphemistisch unter 'Jobcenter' firmierend, nach den besten Fähigkeiten der verrotteten und verlogenen Münchner Justiz unterstützt (Details in Üppigheit auf meinem Blog zu lesen). Mittlerweile läuft dieser Fall nun unter der Beschwerde Nr. 35285/16 beim Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte. So läuft Integration im Rassistenland Deutschland unter der Regentschaft der Plunse aus der DDR, die einen weiteren Karriereschub verzeichnen konnte, als sie von einem RA wegen Beihilfe zum Mord angezeigt wurde.

Zurück zur ausreichend frühen Avisierung von Gerichtsterminen. Als Vater halte ich es für besonders wichtig, meiner Tochter Einblicke und Eindrücke aus erster Hand in das Gebaren von Richtern und Staatsanwälten der bekannt verrottetenen bayerischen Justiz mit Neonazi Affinität zu ermöglichen. Allerdings halte ich die Performance der taltentierten und unorthodox operierenden Richterin Birkhofer-Hoffmann vom Juni 2016 für so ginorm, als sie schwer zu übertreffen ist. Kudos wo Kudos angebracht sind.

 Insbesondere unsere tiefe Affinität zum asiatischen Kulturkreis mit all seinen Besonderheiten und Alltäglichkeiten bietet interessante Vergleichsmöglichkeiten und hier zuvörderst in das Genre 'Justiz'. Gerade die schon sprichwörtlich bekannte Korruptheit und Kastendominanz der asiatischen Justiz eröffnet interessante Vergleichsszenarien mit denen der Justiz aus den südlichen Gefilden des geografischen Repositoriums der deutschen Leitkultur.

Diese Chance, einer Migrantin einen weiteren Beleg der sprichwörtlichen deutschen Willkommenskultur zu geben, sollte genutzt werden, insbesondere als es das ©Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend zum Thema 'Gleichstellung und Integration' so blumig formuliert:

"Die Bundesregierung will dazu beitragen, ihre Potenziale zu stärken, sie in ihren vielfältigen Lebensentwürfen wahrzunehmen und ihre gesellschaftliche und politische Teilhabe zu unterstützen."

Also ich würde sagen, in diese Ermöglichung zur gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe sollte sich die bayerische Justiz voll reinwerfen und verschreiben.

I used to be no fan of Peter Thiel for the simple reason, mention Paypal and I freeze over. Also the poor performance of his hedge fund some years ago. No idea how he is faring these days. Anyway, my thinking about him changed quite a lot when he started endorsing Trump. At first I thought he is nuts, one of those Silly Valley attention grabbers. Turned out, he is clearly not.

Gates of Vienna has a very interesting post. Compared to the fucking bullshit that is written on German news websites, all of those filth spewing assholes, about Trump, the GoV post is highly recommended.

The Phenomenon of Peter Thiel’s Political Alignment

One of our commenters, DeriKuk, left a link to a clip of Peter Thiel’s speech to the National Press Club. To say the applause was lukewarm is putting it politely. Those inside-the-bubble people in Washington didn’t like, still don’t like, his firm support of Trump. Given his credentials as a gay Silicon Valley billionaire, coming out for Trump was a much bigger deal than his public outing as a gay man. Thus on several levels, Mr. Thiel is the ultimate outlier when it comes to Trump supporters.

The speech was given a week or so before the election. Listening to him speak in this clip, you’d think Trump had already been elected. Remember back then when all the ‘smart’ money was on Hillary?

Obviously, not all of the smart money was put on Hillary. Among other surprises, this endorsement by Mr Thiel was/is a biggie. He’s now a Trump advisor, which is extremely fortunate since Trump makes no bones about his techno-illiteracy. It’s a skill he needs in his staff, though. The ethos of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs is rarefied. While Trump is obviously quite smart, he’s a bricks-and-mortar kind of guy. Too bad; Trump possesses a rapid learning curve for things that draw his attention. Being less a technophobe would widen his horizons.

It’s always informative to read what the super-rich do with their money; what they pay attention to is an important indicator of their character. The supreme example remains Andrew Carnegie’s phenomenal libraries across the country and around the world:

A Carnegie library is a library built with money donated by Scottish-American businessman and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. A total of 2,509 Carnegie libraries were built between 1883 and 1929, including some belonging to public and university library systems. 1,689 were built in the United States, 660 in the United Kingdom and Ireland, 125 in Canada, and others in Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Serbia, Belgium, France, the Caribbean, Mauritius, Malaysia and Fiji.

Carnegie ended up giving away most of his wealth during this on-going endeavor.

Have we outgrown the town library concept? I don’t think so. Carnegie himself would have been in the vanguard of re-purposing his magnificent buildings. They were and remain a brilliant part of our heritage.

President-elect Trump is half-Scots via his Scotland-born mother. Carnegie was fully Scot, moving to America with his parents. They both share the impulse of philanthropy, and no doubt Trump would agree with the majority of “Carnegie’s Dictum”:

Man does not live by bread alone. I have known millionaires starving for lack of the nutriment which alone can sustain all that is human in man, and I know workmen, and many so-called poor men, who revel in luxuries beyond the power of those millionaires to reach. It is the mind that makes the body rich. There is no class so pitiably wretched as that which possesses money and nothing else. Money can only be the useful drudge of things immeasurably higher than itself. Exalted beyond this, as it sometimes is, it remains Caliban still and still plays the beast. My aspirations take a higher flight. Mine be it to have contributed to the enlightenment and the joys of the mind, to the things of the spirit, to all that tends to bring into the lives of the toilers of Pittsburgh sweetness and light. I hold this the noblest possible use of wealth.

From Carnegie to Trump to Thiel, America has a rich history of philanthropy. I don’t know about Thiel (he was born in Germany), but for the self-made Carnegie and Trump, there is a strong streak of Scotland’s Covenanters in their public speech and actions.

Ifo-, DIW- und sonstige deutsche Douchebag Ökonomen werden bei diesem Video das Gefühl der Unterzucker Attacke bekommen. Aber Artenschutz ist allein schon der Unterhaltung wegen angesagt. Schäuble wird seine Dummheit arrogant grinsend demonstrieren.

Vorab sei gesagt, dass Randy Wray's Vorschlag nur bei Ländern mit souveräner Währung funktioniert. Also USA, UK, Japan, Russland. Deutschland hat keine souveräne Währung, sondern ist eingebettet in die Eurozone.

Sicherlich sind steigende Steuern in der Mitte einer Depression, Rezession oder Zeit der schwachen aggregierten Nachfrage und großen Arbeitslosigkeit eine schlechte Idee. Aber es ist faszinierend zu hören, wie L. Randall Wray die linke heterodoxe Argumentation für die Senkung der Körperschaftssteuern und Lohn-Steuern gibt.

    It has been argued persuasively that people will tolerate major inequalities of the material positions only if they believe that the different individuals get on the whole what they deserve, that they did in fact support the market order only because (and so long as) they thought that the differences of remuneration corresponded roughly to differences of merit, and that in consequence the maintenance of a free society presupposes the belief that some sort of “social justice” is being done. The market order, however, does not in fact owe its origin to such beliefs, or was originally justified in this manner. This order could develop, after its earlier beginnings had decayed during the middle ages and to some extent been destroyed by the restrictions imposed by authority, when a thousand years of vain efforts to discover substantively just prices or wages were abandoned and the late schoolmen recognized them to be empty formulae and taught instead that the prices determined by just conduct of the parties in the market, i.e., the competitive prices arrived at without fraud, monopoly and violence, was all that justice required. It was from this tradition that John Locke and his contemporaries derived the classical liberal conception of justice for which, as has been rightly said, it was only ‘the way in which competition was carried on, not its results’, that could be just or unjust.

    It is unquestionably true that, particularly among those who were very successful in the market order, a belief in a much stronger moral justification of individual success developed, and that, long after the basic principles of such an order had been fully elaborated and approved by catholic moral philosophers, it had in the Anglo-Saxon world received strong support from Calvinist teaching.It certainly is important in the market order (or free enterprise society, misleadingly called ‘capitalism’) that the individuals believe that their well-being depends primarily on their own efforts and decisions. Indeed, few circumstances will do more to make a person energetic and efficient than the belief that it depends chiefly on him whether he will reach the goals he has set himself. For this reason this belief is often encouraged by education and governing opinion — it seems to me, generally much to the benefit of most of the members of society in which it prevails, who will owe many important material and moral improvements to persons guided by it. But it leads not doubt also to an exaggerated confidence in the truth of this generalization which to those who regard themselves (and perhaps are) equally able but have failed must appear as a bitter irony and severe provocation.

    It is probably a misfortune that, especially in the USA, popular writers like Samuel Smiles and Horatio Alger, and later the sociologist W. G. Sumner, have defended free enterprise on the ground that it regularly rewards the deserving, and it bodes ill for the future of the market order that this seems to have become the only defence of it which is understood by the general public. That it has largely become the basis of the self-esteem of the businessman often gives him an air of self-righteousness which does not make him more popular. [If only!]

    It is therefore a real dilemma to what extent we ought to encourage in the young a belief that when they really try they will succeed, or should rather emphasize that inevitably some unworthy will succeed and some worthy fail — whenever we ought to allow the views of those groups to prevail with whom the over-confidence in the appropriate reward of the able and industrious is strong and who in consequence will do much that benefits the rest, and whether without such partly erroneous beliefs the large number will tolerate actual differences in rewards which will be based only partly on achievement and partly on mere chance.
